How does one survive a Canon tech such as Sui Feng's? Without a Teir I dunno how it would contest against a higher ranked character or techs.
And let us take a look at Heirro and Blut, how would work?

Those are primarily judged by how defensive the receiving character is. When it comes to canon techs with their shikai/bankai stuff, we have to chalk it up to honor system. Did Sui-Feng have enough time to hit the character in the same spot twice? Was there enough room for the defending character to defend or move out of the way? Its a bit more difficult to judge these things; we really have to chalk it up to what advantages are being worked at before looking into clashing techs before.
